I am trying to find out how big swan poop can be. We have 4 swans on the lake at the condo. There are piles of poop in the same area where the swans lay around and walk. Residents have been blamed for not picking up their dog poop and some have said it's the swans. I always thought "bird poop" was watery. Please let me know if this is possible.
