Cygnets left alone

Hello, I live in the west coast of Scotland. Two swans nest here from march to October every year. The tow adults have now left but the 7 cygnets seem to be wandering around aimlessly. They wander onto the road and seem to be looking for their parents. Will they survive the winter?
