Hi Jayme
You would need to speak with a swan breeder in Brazil. The Mutes might survive and reproduce, in your climate, but the Mute Swans are a more cold temperate bird. They can get heat stressed. Mutes survive in rain during the breeding season in England and even in Florida, but the breeding season in February-March is a little cooler at this time in both locations. The Regal Swan
